A Peek Behind The Scenes
Seeking answers and trying new things has always driven me, but for the longest time, I couldn’t answer one question: “What is my purpose?”
I tried many paths—studying chemistry, air traffic control, working as a stable hand, lifeguarding, and retail customer service.
Then, fate placed me in library services, where I realized I love working with documents, databases, and forms. Organizing, labelling, and filing?
I was in heaven.
That’s when I knew I wanted to move in the admin direction, so I studied business administration, followed by payroll. But despite earning certificates, employment didn’t follow.
For a few months, I worked in a call centre. That gig ended abruptly with a monstrous panic attack. I had to understand why.
Autism Explained My Life to Me
My Autism diagnosis finally provided me the answers I needed and made sense of my past experiences. I embraced it with enthusiasm in an oversharing fashion, but it led to a new problem to solve: "How do I turn this to my advantage?"
Fighting through overwhelm and anxiety, I made a decision: if I want something to happen, I have to make it happen.
Of course, I’d love for everything to be perfect the first time—but if I waited for the ideal moment it would never come. So, even though I’m scared as hell, I’m doing it. I’m putting my vulnerable self out here—to make mistakes, learn, and grow.
My mission
I'm here to support you with my strengths so you can pump your business with yours. Think of it like brick and mortar:
- Where you bring vision, I bring structure.
- Where you innovate, I organize.
- Together, we build something solid and resilient.
As an ND team working together we can become a force to be reckoned with—bit by bit, one meltdown, shutdown, and hyperfocus at a time.

Meet The Team
Anna
- My impostor syndrome stems from not having a single special interest. I have many interests, but none compels me to know everything about it. Instead of details, I want to understand how things work and how they connect within the system.
- I have a constant need to learn something new. Unfortunately, details fade over time, and sometimes I have to revisit the same fountains of knowledge.
- I relate more to animals than humans because they don’t hide their fear, anger, or pain—they’re always honest.
- I am creative, but I struggle to create from scratch. Give me a seed, though, and I’ll grow you a tree.
- I prefer to be a behind-the-scenes cog in the machine. Knowing that I contribute to and improve that machine’s performance is what fulfils me.
A Few Things I Love:
- My dog
- Spreadsheets
- Research
- My laptop
- Video games
And Things I Keep Away From:
- Social media
- Babies
- Children
- Politics
- Toxic people
I am happiest by myself, with my dog and laptop in my lap, working or playing away.
Larry
Every great business needs a strong leader, and in this office, that’s Larry—a 15-year-old chihuahua with the confidence of a CEO and the stature of a stapler.
Larry takes his role as Chief Morale Officer very seriously. Whether he's sunbathing on duty, supervising from my lap (wrapped in his executive blanket), or demanding a well-earned belly rub bonus, he ensures workplace morale remains at an all-time high.
Unaware of his pocket size, Larry does not fear any much larger living being, but subject him to some innocent sounds and he'll try to blend in with a wall. (Please don't tell him I told you that!)
Rain? Cold? These are unacceptable working conditions! However, he will happily conduct networking meetings with new dogs and people, provided there are snacks involved.
With an eye for opportunity (especially when food is within a 10-meter radius) and an unwavering commitment to being the centre of attention, Larry is the heart of this operation.
His business philosophy? Soak up the sun, demand belly rubs, and never let your size limit your ambition.
