A Peek Behind The Scenes
Seeking answers and trying new things has always driven me. But for the longest time, I couldn’t answer one question: “What is my purpose?”I tried many paths:

● Retail and customer service
● Working as a stable hand and a lifeguardThen, fate threw me into library services. There I realized I love working with documents, databases, and forms. Organizing, labelling, and filing? I was in heaven.That’s when I knew I wanted to move in the admin direction, so I studied business administration followed by payroll. But despite earning certificates, employment didn’t follow.For a few months, I worked in a call centre. That gig ended with a monstrous panic attack 😱
I had to understand why.

If it’s an emergency, I understand. Otherwise, I ask for at least a day’s notice. I mentally prep and review notes before every meeting; short-notice cancellations without a solid reason feel unfair and make me question your reliability.● Do I need to mask?
No. If being professional means showing up in your PJs and cracking dark humor jokes, go for it. Leave your mask at the door.● How do you support overwhelmed clients?

If I’m in autopilot mode, you don’t even need to be on Earth for things to run. However, if I don't hear back within 24 hours during an active decision period, I will freak out. Please leave an "emergency protocol" if you plan to go quiet.● Do I need to be consistent?
No. You need to be reliable.● How flexible are deadlines?
They aren't. Deadlines trigger my anxiety and kill my focus. I do not do deadlines or timelines. If you need time-bound delivery, I’m not the right person for you.

Mostly via email, and video calls but if you want to use chat apps like Slack it's also an option. Just bear in mind I don't use notifications. I check messages on my terms, not when a notification tells me to--that's why they're off.● Response time?

I’ll tell you. Once I’ve asked you not to do it again, it’s no longer an accident.
